He is rescued by a man in a yellow HAZMAT suit, Kelvin Inman ( Clancy Brown) (who also is the American intelligence officer that releases Sayid in one of his flashbacks) who takes him to the Dharma Initiative Swan Station and shows him the Orientation film.
